As part of its series, “Countering Truth Decay” the Rand Corporation released its new 2023 report, Defining and Measuring Civic Infrastructure.
The paper presents a definition (places, policies & programs) and framework for civic infrastructure to help monitor it across the United States. It suggests three inputs: demographic governance; civic education; and civic places.
